Common Qualitative Methodologies and Research Designs in Health Professions Education

I found the chart below very useful to learn about common qualitative methodologies. 

We learned to differentiate between 'methods' and 'methodologies' in the class. 

Also I found a bit difficult to differentiate between methodologies and theoretical. It is obvious jusst talk about it but when I apply them into the researh project that I am currently doing, they become a bit tricky to do so.
